This clip from Kubrick's "Dr Strangelove" is funny on so many levels I can't even begin to review it properly. ..
In this clip, President Muffley (Peter Sellers) gives the Soviet leader "Dmitri" an informal buzz on the phone, and attempts to break some 'bad news' in as 'friendly' a manner as possible..! I can't describe it - you simply have to watch it and see for yourself.
